Most of our Phuket Yoga Classes are held at Sala Samadhi
Sala Samadhi is my home studio and I teach regular smaller classes here. As these classes are in my own space, I tend to experiment and change things around depending on the people I have on the mats in front of me. The atmosphere is a little more relaxed and the stud io is just off the main road down a little dirt road, look for the signs. All Levels are welcome & Yoga mats are available. I look forward to seeing you in class oxo.

Aerial Yoga - Santosa Wellness Centre
Get the best of both aerial and yoga in this unique class. Using a hammock made from Aerial Silks fabric, students will explore poses that will enhance and compliment traditional yoga practice. The hammock is used to suspend the spine and other parts of the body to support a broad range of yoga postures. This class will improve your strength, balance, and flexibility no matter your fitness level. No previous aerial or yoga practice needed.
This class uses the "yoga swing" with a set of handles. Please make a booking as there are limited spaces.
Hatha flow - Sala Samadhi
A dynamic form of asana movement evolved from the original teachings of Hatha Vinyasa . Each class is also a tool towards living consciously & encouraging you to create deep inner practice of self awareness. We will develop a loving relationship between your breath, your physical body and the mind that runs them.
Yin Yoga - Santosa Wellness Centre
An all over body Yin yoga class that is a slow paced style of yoga with poses or asanas that are held for longer periods of time. Yin yoga poses apply a slow stretch to the connective tissues the tendons, fascia, and ligaments with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
Yin Yoga Hips - Sala Samhedi
We focus on all the three aspects of the hips in this Yin yogaclass,
a slow paced style of yoga with poses or asanas that are held for longer periods of time. Yin yoga poses apply a slow stretch to the connective tissues the tendons, fascia, and ligaments with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
Hatha Yoga - Sala Samhedi
A traditional Hatha Yoga class, The focus being on whatever the students
in the class need, a good balance between flexibility and strength.
Hatha Strong - Sala Samhedi
This class works on asanas and strength exercises that build your yoga body in all the key areas for progression in arm balances, handstands and transitions. Open to all levels
