I wish I could do a yoga retreat that was just for me?
Well, this is exactly why I created my 5 day yoga intensives. We can train as many days together as you like but I usually find that 5 days is a good start.
You can customize every aspect of your intensive experience, including your accommodation and food.
During your time with me, we will refine your practice by working on the goals we set together.
I will help you to achieve these goals by creating a personal practice that you can take home with you.
But… how long it takes for you to reach these goals, depends on what it is you want to learn, how fast you learn and more importantly, how much effort you put into your training.
You can choose to train :
- 3 hours a day for 5 days
- 1.5 hours a day for 5 days
These options can also be booked in bundles ( eg. 10, 15 or 20 day intensives)
These sessions are taught at my main studio in Phuket, Thailand,

My intensives vary depending on each student, however the basic formulae is this:
- The first of our sessions together is an evaluation, it allows me to see where your strengths and weaknesses lie in your yoga practice and I will create a yoga personal practice for you based around my assessment and the goals we set together.
- From here, you will be training one on one with Me for each session, during the rest of our yoga sessions, we work on familiarizing and balancing out your personal practice
- by giving you a good understanding of how to continue to with your practise when you return home.
The content of the training always varies for everyone, it all depends on what is missing in your yoga practice & what more you want to learn.
I LOVE this form of teaching and that the amazing beauty of one on one sessions are..... that they are ALL ABOUT YOU!
I will tailor our sessions to your individual needs, no-one learns in the same way or at the same pace.
When you finish your sessions with me, you will have a deeper understanding of your own mind and body and a deeper understanding of the science of yoga.
